tangerine off bloom

My tangerine should be producing fruit between Nov. & March. Instead, it is flowering profusely in March. How do I correct this ‘off bloom’?? I am in Clermont, FL

This is right on schedule. These times indicate at what times they are likely to flower, and this falls between those lines. This will flower when it is time to do so, and there will not be much that you can do to change this. There are hormones that you can use to initiate flowering “out of season” but this is not healthy for the plant to do very often, and is also a dangerous set of chemicals to human health.
