Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy tall phlox have had powdery mildew 2 years in a row now. I cut them all down and am wondering what to do to get rid of this fungus. Is it in the soil and should I treat it? I have a lot of phlox in my garden and just love them. This picture shows them when they were healthy.
