Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWhat can I use to support the stalks of my rubber tree plant that was in a window sill supported by the wall? The stalks lean to the right without support and almost bend over. They will stand straight when supported by my hand. Something like a tomato cage is what I’m envisioning or like a plastic trellis. The stalks are about 12 inches tall.

Typically, people use stakes and gently tie the trunks to the stakes. Stakes are a little less visually intrusive than cages.

If you have an old broom handle, that works or at your local lumber store you can pick up some wooden rods
