Stop Tangerine Tree FROM PRODUCING

Love the small tangerine tree but DO NOT want it to PRODUCE Fruit.. Is there Anything that can be used for stopping the blooms from producing fruit ??? Such as they do for olives not wanted on ornamentral trees

If it's a small tree, you can pull off all the flowers. Also, sterilizing the tree can stop fruit production, but it can be difficult and is not an exact science. Here is more:
