Starting Shrubs From Cuttings

I read your article on starting shrubs from cuttings. I could only find liquid rooting hormone and used it. These are softwood cuttings. I planted them 2 days ago. There is “fuzz” and I’m hoping not mold growing on the cuttings. Is this normal? Should I take out of plastic bags? Help? Thanks, Chris

They need to air out some. I would suggest adding some holes in the plastic for ventilation.
