How can I stake up my apricot tree to get it to grow straight without damaging it? It is about 3 -4 years old and is healthy but leans really bad.

Temporary staking may help your tree. Leave the stake(s) in place for only one season. These articles discuss proper staking techniques:

Pruning may also help your tree if it is heavier on one side. It may also be necessary to remove some fruit if heavy fruit load contributes to the leaning.
