Someone Cut My 4 O Clocks Chopped Them Off. Will They Grow Back Next Year?

Four o'clocks are almost impossible to remove once you have them. They produce from seed and their fleshy tubers. Even if you won't have any seeds this year, they likely will be back. They may even regrow before the season ends.
