Snake plant problem

I have some questions regarding a snake plant.

Below are some pictures attached.

In picture 1 there appears to be some browning developing on the tip of the leaves, do you have any idea what is the cause of this discolouration?

In picture 2, does the plant appear overgrown for the pot? Is it in need of separating into different pots?

The moisture reading for the plant registers as normal.

Regards

Browning of leaf tips is most likely a result of overwatering or inconsistent watering.

Water the plant evenly. Not to wet or not to dry, extremes can be damaging to the plant.
