Small Fruit Grows And Then Starts To Yellow At The Tip And Then Die. Why Is This Happening? Is It Too Much Water Or Not Enough?

The plant has more then 6 hours of sun and is being watered every day as our temperatures are high, in upper 80 and 90.

There are many, many causes for this. You don't specify, exactly, which fruit this is so this makes the list of possibilities much longer.

Common reasons for general fruit drop include: Overwatering, underwatering, too much nitrogen, lack of phosphorus and potassium, infection, lack of magnesium and calcium, high temperatures, low temperatures, low humidity, pH imbalance, and many, many more.

To address fruit drop, you will need to identify the fruit tree in question, and provide the care particular to that tree. If fruit fails to form fully after, then you can begin to diagnose what it is missing if all other environmental needs are met. Once provided optimal care, there are very few things that can cause bloom drop, and those can be tested for.

And… in some cases, depending on the tree in question, fruit drop can be normal.
