Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI was given seeds for a Sicilian zucchini that they say will grow to 6′ long. I would like to know if you can eat them and if they are tender or tough. If so, what size should you pick them? Any info or web site would be greatly appreciated.

This type doesn’t grow any different than other types of zucchini. Yes, you can eat it and it’s actually quite tender when picked young, or no more than 6 inches in length.
