Should I replant Morning Glory Seeds?

Seeds were planted about 10 days ago; since then we’ve had only a couple of warm sunny days; have had snow, rain, and temps in the 30’s at night. Frost one night.

Sees planted in containers next to trellis; wet and soggy soil. Should I start over?

Make sure your containers have drainage holes and that the excess moisture can drain freely from the potting mix.

I would suggest starting over with new seeds.
