Should I Get Rid Of My Tomato Plant, Which Has Caught A Fungus

About a 2 weeks ago, one of my 2 tomato plants seemed to have caught a fungus, which has been spreading further up the plant ever since. Last week, I sprayed it with a fungicide solution (mixed with water), and the fungus is still spreading. It’s gotten really bad, as shown in the pictures. Should I cut it down? I really at least want the other tomato plant (next to it) to live/not get infected.

That will be the safest option, yes. I would still treat the soil after removal. This will help rid the area of the disease.
