Shade Plants And Shrub And Tree Guide

Hi I’m doing landscaping in north side of house. I’m looking for something hardy that will bring height next to house to grow. A tree is preferred but shrub or climbing ivy could do. There is pretty much no sun that reaches there. Zone 4b. Is there anything I could plant that looks nice?
