seed storage

Where should I store my flower or vegetable seeds during the winter? In the house or in the garage? I live in zone 5 in IN. My garage may get as cold as 30-40 degrees.

You can store the seeds in a refrigerator or freezer in airtight containers.
The issue with the garage is that temperature fluctuate.
