Sago Palm

New growth, the long green fronds from the center core of plant, are dried up on tips and turning dry. Should I cut them off and will they rebloom or should I just leave them? They used to be standing tall and vibrant but are now low and look dry and yellow on tips. Plus leaves didn’t grow out. They just curled up on ends and are stem like now.
