Rubber Tree

How do I relocate a rubber plant tree in my yard? It is currently by the garage and has grown so tall and wide that it’s hampering our entrance into our garage!

Unfortunately, when a plant gets that large, it is impossible to move it on your own. And having a professional move it can be costly. Even then, there is a significant chance the tree will die after it is moved. Large and well established trees and plants are very susceptible to transplant shock.

If the tree is causing issues, then it is time to simply remove the tree and plant a new one in a new, less troublesome location.
