Rowan berries toxic to dogs

I have 2 dogs and a flowering Rowan tree just discovered the toxicity to dogs. Can I remove berries now from branches? Will this have any effect on tree?

Removing berries within the reach of your pets should not affect the tree in any negative way. Here are a couple articles on Rowan Berry or Mountain Ash trees:
