Roses

Leaves are turning gray-brown with webbing between leaves and stems.

Hello and thanks for your question. It sounds like you have a nasty case of Spider Mites on your roses. One of the tell-tale signs is that webbing you mention. They live by sucking the juices out of the leaves. Get enough of them and they will destroy the foliage.
