Rose Seeds

I bought rose seeds. I would like to know if I can put them in a moist paper towel for a bit till they start to sprout and then pot them? Thank you.

You certainly can put them in a moist paper towel for a while and then very carefully plant them when they have started to sprout. Keep the seed starter planting medium moist too.
