Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI transplanted a rose of sharon and it survived the first winter and now it’s June and all our late plants are blooming. The rose tree is still green under the bark but not even a bud. I’m thinking I should replace it? Any ideas?
