rose disease spreading and killing roses

I have about 200 roses that are getting a virus or something. The bushes have very small leaves and the bloom is very small and now are turning down. I have sprayed with ortho products about every 10 days that is not stopping the problem. I have had roses for 30 years and never had this problem. It is spreading this rainy year and now has killed one rose. I have one or two good bushes in the same sick beds. I have been researching the web ad can’t find anything that matches what these look like.any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps you could try a fungicide ( Physan 20) . Alternatively, it may be a good idea to remove the diseased plants before your entire collection is infected.
