Roma Tomatoes

My Roma plants have started to produce, and most of the fruit is okay. But on one of the branches, all of the fruit is fine at the stem but flat and brownish on the other end. I cut off the brown part (about 1/3 of the tomato) and the rest seems fine. Any ideas what is wrong, and what I can do to fix it?
