Repotting of hibiscus

I have just finished repotting my hibiscus because I felt the plant was root bound. It’s been in the same pot for 3 years and is about 3 ft tall. Now that I’ve repotted, the leaves are turning yellow. I know I haven’t overwatered because I’ve been careful about that. What could be happening? It’s been a healthy plant up until now. Help me if you can. I don’t want to lose my plant!

Probably the stress related to the repotting is causing this.
