Rabe

My son has a very big garden now and it is full of rabe. He asked me to check it, and today I went and the rabe was grown to about 10-12″, and a lot had flowers on them. I cut every single one down and took them home and tried for hours to cut away what wasn’t good. Now I am wondering after all that work, are they any good to eat?

You can eat them. They will be a bit more bitter but still edible.
