purple acacia tree

I have a purple acacia tree. Looks sick. It was planted approx. 1 yr ago (maybe less), was growing fast, beautiful purplish/blush colored, feather-like leaves. I have planted another purple acacia tree which is taking off beautifully. What is happening or what am I doing wrong?
