Pull Roses From One Yard & Replant In Another Yard

At my old house I have roses that I would like to pull up and replant in my new yard at my new house any tips on how to safely and responsibly pull up and replant my roses would be great?

This article should help. Also, when moving it, wrap the rootball in burlap, or place it in a container for the move to the new house.
