Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy fig tree is approximately 10 feet tall. I am not able to get to the figs at top. Can I cut off some of the taller limbs at the top? Will it hurt the tree. Also, will it hurt the tree if I cut some of the major limbs at the top of their growth? In other words, trim the top back about 3 feet.

Yes, you can prune but I would prune more than 1/3 of the tree back at one time. This article will help you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/figs/pruning-fig-trees.htm [1]
