Is their a list of the plants that can be used for cuttings I was thinking of mums and geraniums.

You can propagate just about anything asexually from cuttings. Some are trickier than others. I have successfully taken cuttings from ,both, chrysanthemums, and geraniums. I do recommend mums from seed, however. There are a number of ways to help ensure a successful cutting. Start with clean snips, mix a little aloe, or crushed aspirin, honey, willow bark powder, or any combination of the above in lukewarm water, and dip the cuttings in this. use soil that isn’t overbearing with nutrients. I have even used sand, although, it can be difficult to keep them moist this way. Put a bag over the pot, or a humidity dome and keep the soil moist with the mixture you made above. DO NOT MAKE THE SOIL TOO WET. You just want it moist so that it doesn’t rot.Put this is the shade. It needs light but not very much. After about a week or so, remove the lid or plastic, and let it get some air. Check to see if there are roots very carefully and transplant if its rooted. enjoy unlimited copies of your plants.
