Production of Blossoms on Yucca

Question

How can we induce flowering in a mature yucca plant? The one we have doesn’t seem to flower like many of the yucca’s we’ve seen in our area.

Sorry, but there is really no surefire way to induce flowering of yucca plants. They simply bloom when they want to, and unfortunately, some types may not bloom at all, especially indoors. The only thing you can do is provide the plant with adequate light and suitable growing conditions. Be patient…it will flower eventually.
