Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy garden is in an area where the soil has a lot of insects. Ants and termites especially. It is in a warm tropical area. Usually the recommendation I get is to spray the soil before planting so that insects do not eat the roots. Or when the plants grow, like cabbage and lettuce, the insect simply would not let them grow completely. I am not comfortable with all the chemicals in the soil. Any alternative ideas?
