Problem With Vibernum

Our viburnum has stopped flowering with the usual perfumed flower but now produces as shown – there is no longer any perfume or correct flowers ? Please advise. Thank you

I would prune this shrub and give it some fertilizer. Pruning may make all the difference. Here are two articles that should help:
