Powdery mildew on African violets

What is the amount of neem oil to use in a gallon of water or half gallon of water to spray on African violets showing signs of powdery mildew?

I would not use the Neem Oil on the African violets for PM. Instead I would use a product called Green Cure. It is an earth friendly product that really gets after PM when applied at the cure rate listed on the label. It can be purchased on-line at places such as Planet Natural or Amazon.com.
