Potted Oriental lilies after winterizing

My Oriental Lilies are in a pot, and I wrapped it in bubble wrap for the winter with moth balls. When do I take the bubble wrap off and when do I start fertilizing and watering? Growing flowers outside is a new experience for me so keep that in mind when answering.I look forward to your answers.Thank you in advance.

You should be able to leave them out all year, as they are hardy even well far north of you. You can bring these out at any time, and fertilize as soon as you see activity.
