Portulaca plants

My portulaca makes buds, but they don’t open into flowers. How can I correct this issue? I got it as a potted plant and have it indoors near a window.

Portulaca need full sun and well draining soil.
Water only when soil is dry in a container.
Indoors your flowers may not be getting enough sunlight.
Also some varieties only open in the morning and close by night, you could be missing the flowers peak period.
