Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted 3 plumeria in November and are now starting to root. One of them is leaning toward side of pot. Almost touching it. The other two at upright. No issue. Can I shift bending plumeria towards center without damaging roots?

I would suggest fixing it when you replant into a larger container to avoid harming the roots. Leaning it back will likely crack the root system and kill the plant.
When you go to repot it, just plant it at a slight tilt to offset the angle of it now.
