Plum Tree From Seed From Dwarf Root Stock Unknown

I have taken seed from Victoria plum but it was grown from a dwarf rootstock of unknown name. If I grow the seeds will I get a standard Victoria plum tree or a dwarf rootstock plum of unknown name?

It will be a standard unless the root stalk grew, flowered and set seed. But growing a tree from a grafted tree is not usually advised (unless you need a graft). The resulting tree will not look exactly like the parent plant.
