Plantation Of Basil

I want to begin with the plantation of basil in Delhi. I have basil seeds with me, but considering the upcoming cold weather in Delhi, I am worried about its plantation.

Basil needs warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine to grow well.
They are very cold sensitive plants.
