Plant name and propagation method

Hi,

I have this plant which grows quite well indoors and from indirect sun light ( comes in through the glass blocks ).
However, I have no idea what is the the name of the plant and how I can propagate it.
Would appreciate your assistance, please.

We have not been able to identify your plant.
Does this plant flower? Does it grow outdoors?
