Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have about 30 Mondale pine trees. My neighbor seems to have grass and weeds growing because of a faulty sprinkler that floods and of course I get all the weeds and grass when the wind blows. I have tried to talk to him but he does not care. So I spray ground clear on the places that need it being careful not to spray to close to the trees. The weeds and grass along the side of the property line are so thick it is out of control. The only place it is bad is the wells where the water collects. It is on automatic sprinklers. Last time when I was home I actually dug up grass and dirt and threw it away, so a month later just as bad as it was. Find pine needles and drown them out, spray? or put a bedding? Thank you, Jonesy

My best advice would be a regular scheduled application of weed control.
