PERIWINKLE DISEASE

Please find attached a photo of my Periwinkle (Vinca) plant. The leaves are shriveling up. What do you think is wrong with it? What can I do about it? Thanks ! Reggie Johnson

I believe this to be related to your tomato issue. Phytopthora will infect many genera of plants and trees.
