peppers

I have found two pests so far. One is brown, kind of fat and has two whiskers. The other is green, about a inch or so long and actually eats the leaves. What are they? They keep coming back. So far I found 6 brown bugs and one green one.

Treat with Neem OIl.

It works as both an insecticide and fungicide.
