Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI am using it in a pot to hide the inner pot. Should I take inner pot out to water plant or can the moss itself get wet. There would be no drainage for the peat moss.

It will not hurt it to get wet. Over time there will be some algae growth on it eventually. You can leave it or replace it then. This will not harm anything. I do recommend drainage always. But as long as you are careful not to over water, then it can be fine.
