pear trees

In 2013 our pear tree grew little pears but they all fall out. One branch had like 10 little pears. Well in 2014 and 2015, not even flowers came out, just leaves. 2016 is still the same way. Does that mean it won’t grow fruit any more or is there something I can do?

There can be a few reasons for lack of pears on the tree.
The tree may not be mature enough, the environmental conditions-lack of cold enough winter, and lack of pollinators.
You mention one Pear Tree. Most Pear Tree’s are completely or partially self-pollinating, therefore need another variety planted nearby.
