Peaches

What disease or fungus produces pin holes in my peaches and prevents growth beyond one in. or so. Never reopens and ultimately drops. Can you identify possible causes with possible remedies. This is a 7 year old back yard tree I have pruned and applied fungicide ever year. I do not have examples. Thank you for any recommendations you might have.
