Paw paw decease .

Can you please tell me what this decease is and how to treat it on my paw paw fruit and it’s also on some of the leaves.Thanks Wendy.

It is likely one of many fungal infections that can infect fruit trees. Many times this is incurable, but can be treated with some success using copper-fungicides during dormancy.
