Pampas grass arrived rather limp. How can I help them please?

My three pots of pampas grass arrived limp and are still in the 9 cm pots. I’ve bought John Innes compost and some bone meal so I’m wondering should I repot them into the 1.5 cm pot to grow for a little longer inside as it’s really cold here. Thanks for any suggestions and help most welcome. First time at giving gardening a go.

The shipping is stressful for the plants, but giving them air and water they should perk up in the existing pots. You must mean 15 cm pots and not 1.5. If so then re-potting now may help by providing more soil volume and therefore more moisture to facilitate getting a root system established.
