Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI live in Alviv, TX. I have several Hibiscus plants. Now all of a sudden the buds on one of the plants are rotting instead of making a flower like it was doing. The other plants are making flowers. Why is this happening?
