Our Triple Foxtail Palm Has One Trunk That Is Leaning That Limits Passage. How Can I Remove It Without Harming The Other Two?

It forces us to walk on the neighbor’s property, which she does not allow. I need that passage to get to the back yard, but I don’t want to remove the two trunks that are not an issue. As an example, how low to the ground can I cut the trunk? Do I need to coat the cut trunk with anything?

They are three separate trees. Cut the leaning palm flush with the ground. Take care not to cut the tree next to it. You do not need to paint the wound.
