Our Apple Tree Had Blossom In Apr But As Of Now It Has No Signs Of Fruit.

Last year the same tree produced fruit. Not sure why this year it has not done so.

Given the climate in your country, I would guess that it did not receive enough chill hours to fruit properly.

Most of your country is equivalent to our USDA zone 9. This will mean that only a few Apple cultivars will fruit, reliably, in your area. Here are some articles that will help:
