Old Yellow Alamanda Looks Like It’s Diseased

HAs yellowing, withered leaves and undeveloped blooms. This plant has been in the same location for 20 years but has always had a lot of beautiful blooms.

I can't tell if it is in a container or planted outside. If it's in a container, try changing the soil. If it's outside, check closely for insects or mite damage. They are prone to spider mites and white flies. Spraying with Neem Oil may help.
